INTO THE NOVACENE (2023) – Jack Philp Dance Group
The beginnings of a new creation and of a new world. Into the Novacene takes inspiration from research driven by engineer and scientist James Lovelock. The work swirls around themes of nature, humanity and technology co-existing as one system. The commonalities, the letting go of everything and the new beginnings powered our exploration. It’s a work about new life and the future. The work is currently undergoing fresh research and development in preparation for creation for 2023/2024.
